Job Title: Drama Teacher
Are you passionate about drama and the performing arts? Do you have a flair for inspiring creativity and confidence in others? Axcis Education are looking for a dynamic and engaging Drama Teacher to deliver a weekly 1-hour session on Fridays in a supportive and friendly SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves drama and enjoys making a difference through creative expression. You’ll be leading a small group of learners, using drama-based activities to support communication, self-confidence, and social interaction. Sessions will be tailored to meet the needs and abilities of each individual, making the experience as inclusive and enjoyable as possible. What We’re Looking For: - A background in drama, theatre, performing arts, or a related field - Experience in teaching, facilitating workshops, or working in an educational or care setting - A patient, creative, and flexible approach - Experience working with people with SEND is highly beneficial - QTS is not required, though some teaching or workshop delivery experience is important This is a rewarding and fun role for someone who enjoys working in a relaxed and person-centred environment, helping others express themselves through drama.
