What You’ll Be Doing:
Inspire & Support: Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, fostering growth, resilience, and confidence.
Collaborate: Work with teachers and support staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs.
Create a Safe Space: Help build a positive, inclusive learning environment where students feel valued and understood.
Empower Growth: Support students in developing essential coping strategies, social skills, and emotional well-being.
Track Progress: Monitor behaviour and academic development, contributing to students’ success stories.
Be Creative: Help plan and deliver engaging lessons that resonate with students and keep them motivated.
About You:
We’re looking for someone who’s empathetic, resilient, and ready to make a difference:
Experience: A background in residential care, youth work, or similar roles, especially with young people with SEMH needs.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with the talent to build positive relationships.
Traits: Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
