Your Responsibilities Will Include: - Offering 1:1 or small group support to students with a range of needs such as Autism, ADHD, speech and language challenges, or SEMH difficulties. - Assisting students with their academic, social, and emotional development. - Working alongside teaching staff to tailor lessons and activities to individual needs. - Supporting behaviour management and promoting a positive classroom environment. - Assisting with personal care where necessary and helping students develop their independence. - Encouraging inclusion, participation, and communication among pupils.
