Axcis have an exciting opportunity for you to become a Behaviour Mentor in a thriving secondary school in Chingford E4. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with students with SEMH, providing tailored support to help them overcome barriers to learning and promote positive behaviour. Pay per day £98-100, hours 8.30 am to 3.30 pm, full-time. Key Responsibilities: - Provide one-on-one and group mentoring for students to improve behaviour and engagement. - Support students with emotional and social challenges, helping them develop coping strategies. - Work collaboratively with teachers, pastoral staff, and parents to implement behaviour support plans.
