This position is ideal for experienced teachers, retired professionals, and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are seeking to gain additional classroom experience. As a General Cover Teacher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of education for students during the absence of their regular class teachers. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver engaging and educational lessons from a range of subjects according to school curricula. - Adapt teaching methods to cater to the varied learning needs of pupils. - Manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive and safe learning environment. - Provide constructive feedback to students to support their learning and development. - Work closely with teaching staff and adhere to existing lesson plans and school policies. - Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress.
