Axcis Education are working with an excellent SEN school in Trafford, that are on a lookout for an experienced primary school teacher. This is a full time role, covering maternity leave. If successful, longer placement could be offered. You would be joining an incredibly warm and welcoming special provision, catering for primary age children with a range of special educational needs – Autism (ASD), Asperger’s, complex and challenging behaviour needs. You would be working with a combined group of children in years 5 and 6 (Key Stage 2). Previous experience working with SEN is desirable, however not necessary as there is plenty of support from teaching assistants (TAs). Role is due to start after the Easter holidays. You should be a qualified teacher with QTS.
