Job Title: Graduate Teachers
We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic newly graduated teacher to join our team of dedicated educators at our esteemed primary schools within the Cheshire East area. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual to kickstart their teaching career and make a positive impact on the lives of young learners. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the national curriculum, catering to the needs and abilities of secondary school students. - Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation, creativity, and critical thinking. - Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to ensure effective learning outcomes. - Establish and maintain open communication channels with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a collaborative educational environment. - Support the school's initiatives and actively participate in extracurricular activities, including field trips, assemblies, and parent-teacher meetings. - Stay updated with educational developments and undertake relevant professional development opportunities. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, specialising in primary education - a range of subject specialisms welcomed (recently graduated or about to graduate). - Passion for teaching and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of young learners. - Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies for secondary school students. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students, parents, and colleagues. - Proven organisational and time management abilities, including effective lesson planning and classroom management. -Ability to learn and adapt to new teaching methodologies and approaches. Key Information: - Working hours, Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 16:00, term time only - You must have a child and adult DBS, registered on the update service. - The role is a temporary position, long term.
