Location: Manchester LEA Salary: £110+ per day Job Type: Full-time | Term-time only Are you a Primary HLTA with a passion for supporting students with additional needs? We're looking for experienced, dedicated professionals to join our team and make a positive impact on learners in primary schools. Important: Applicants MUST have at least two years’ experience working in UK schools (ideally primary school) to be considered for this role. Ideal for: Experienced Primary HLTAs ready to step into a rewarding SEND support role. Candidates with proven experience in UK classrooms, looking to make a difference in students’ lives. Professionals skilled in working with children facing barriers to learning. What You’ll Do: Provide targeted 1:1 or small group support for students with a range of additional needs. Work closely with teachers to develop personalised strategies that help students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Assist in creating an inclusive classroom environment, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to succeed. Support emotional wellbeing, confidence-building, and learning progression. Requirements: At least two years’ experience working in UK schools (this is essential). Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and SEND. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (required).
