Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated ICT Teacher who also has the ability to teach Mathematics to join our vibrant teaching team starting in September 2024. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and innovative lessons in both ICT and Mathematics, contributing to the academic success and personal development of our students. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in ICT and Mathematics in accordance with the national curriculum. Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for learning. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources. Participate in school activities, including staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development opportunities. Support and mentor students, fostering their academic growth and personal development. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Strong subject knowledge in both ICT and Mathematics. Previous teaching experience in ICT and Mathematics is preferred but not essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities. Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning. Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) is required.
