We are looking for an enthusiastic Learning and Care Support Assistant (LCSA) to join the Axcis team, providing essential support in local primary schools in Tameside and Stockport areas. As an LCSA, you will work closely with students and staff to foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment tailored to meet each student’s unique needs. Key Responsibilities - Provide one-on-one and group support to students with a range of SEND requirements, including Autism, ADHD, complex needs, and communication challenges. - Support students with personal care and daily routines, ensuring dignity and respect - Essential and comfortable with doing personal care! - Assist in implementing personalised learning plans in collaboration with teaching staff. - Promote a positive and nurturing learning environment, supporting students' social, emotional, and academic growth.
