Job Title: Learning Coach
Location: Kingston Position: Full-Time Learning Coach Start Date: 24th February 2025 Are you passionate about helping young learners unlock their full potential? Join our dynamic team at a mainstream college in Kingston as a dedicated Learning Coach! In this vital role, you'll provide tailored academic and personal support to students aged 16-18, empowering them to excel. Key Responsibilities: Deliver personalized, one-on-one support, especially for students retaking Maths and English GCSE exams. Help students develop effective study techniques and learning strategies. Foster a positive, encouraging environment to boost engagement and confidence. Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure student success through a cohesive support approach. Requirements: Previous experience working with young people, preferably in an educational setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine passion for education and a strong commitment to student development.
