Pay: starting from £100.87 umbrella (PAYE Option Available) Hours: 08:30-15:30 Type: Monday - Friday Start Date: September Start Role: Learning Mentor We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Learning Mentor to join our team at a Therapeutic Alternative Provision located on a beautiful farm in Stratford-upon-Avon. This unique setting offers a tranquil and nurturing environment for students to thrive and grow. As a Learning Mentor, you will play a crucial role in supporting and guiding students in their educational and personal development journey. Your responsibilities will include providing one-on-one mentoring, facilitating group activities, and creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education or youth work, with experience working with individuals facing social, emotional, and behavioural challenges. A compassionate and empathetic approach, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential for success in this role.
