They have children in all key stages up to KS4 who have varied and complex needs. Responsibilities : - Provide support and assistance to individuals with special educational needs in order to promote academic and social development. - Use your skillset to communicate with learners and support them in their studies to foster engagement in the classroom. - Collaborate with specialist teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. - Provide assistance with emotional wellbeing and behavioural needs.
