Axcis are seeking a motivated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in Knowsley on a full-time, long-term basis. As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant in our PRU setting, you will play a crucial role in providing support to students who have been referred from mainstream schools. Your responsibilities will include: • Supporting Learning: Assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of students. • Behaviour Management: Implement strategies to manage and improve student behaviour, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment. • Individual Support: Provide one-on-one support to students, helping them overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. • Collaborative Working: Work closely with teachers, support staff, and external agencies to develop and implement personalised learning plans. • Pastoral Care: Offer emotional and social support to students, promoting their well-being and personal development.
