Schools are going to be looking for experienced Level 3 TA's to help give that extra support to children. As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant in this role, you will be instrumental in providing individualised support to a student with complex SEMH needs and challenging behaviour. Your responsibilities will include: • 1:1 Support: Work closely with a specific student, offering tailored support and intervention to facilitate their learning and development. • Behaviour Management: Implement effective behaviour management strategies to support the student in overcoming barriers to learning and promoting positive behaviour. • Emotional Support: Provide emotional and social support to the student, helping them to develop resilience and coping strategies. • Academic Assistance: Assist the student with their academic work, helping them to understand and complete tasks, and reinforcing learning objectives set by the teacher.
