Learning Support Assistant - Primary School (Ealing)
Position: Full-Time SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Ealing, Greater London
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:00 pm
Salary: £95 per day
Axcis Education is delighted to be working with a mainstream primary school in Ealing, looking to recruit an experienced Learning Support Assistant,
We are seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants with experience supporting children with speech and language difficulties and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and ADHD. The successful candidates will be working within a classroom setting, providing both small group and 1:1 support to children aged 4 to 11 years.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have:
Experience working in mainstream schools.
Knowledge of using PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System).
Personal experience supporting children with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).
Skills and experience in supporting children with a variety of needs.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team and inspire others.

Requirements:
You must have a calm, patient nature.
Experience using PECS
Ability to use Makaton is essential.
You will be required to provide 1:1 support and work with small groups, helping pupils throughout the day.
