We're on the lookout for Teaching Assistants and Youth Mental Health Support Workers to join a specialist school in Odd Down, Bath. This school is all about helping kids who find it tough to manage their emotions and struggle in mainstream education. With a focus on physical activity, practical skills, and creativity, this is a place where every child gets the support they need in a more flexible environment. Could this be where you shine? We're looking for people who are confident, can handle challenging situations, and have a knack for building strong relationships to support students’ personal growth and emotional well-being.
