Position Available: Teaching Assistants and Youth Mental Health Support Workers We’re seeking dedicated individuals to join a specialist school in Frenchay, designed for students who find it difficult to navigate mainstream education. Our school offers a unique learning experience, focusing on physical activities, practical skills, and creative outlets, providing the ideal environment for students with emotional regulation difficulties. What We’re Looking For: While prior experience is not essential, we value individuals who: Are confident in handling challenging situations. Excel at building trusting, supportive relationships with young people. Have a passion for fostering emotional development and well-being. Ideal Backgrounds: We’d love to hear from you if you have: Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in care settings. A background in youth work, or experience leading youth groups. A degree in Criminology, Psychology, or similar fields. Key Details: Location: Frenchay – accessible by public transport, with free parking available. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM. Start Date: Immediate openings available, with further opportunities after the October half-term. Salary: £95.29 per day, paid weekly. Contract: Potential for permanent positions following an initial trial period.
