Job Title: One to One Primary School Teaching Assistant, ASD
One to One Primary School Teaching Assistant, ASD We are currently working with an ASD-specific all-age SEND school in the Erdington area whom pride themselves in being able to meet each individual child''s needs wherever possible. The school is currently looking for a TA for a one to one support role. The successful candidate will work with a 7 year old child with complex ASD including sensory difficulties and can display behaviour which can be challenging to support. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 3:30, whereby the child will work one to one with the staff member for the full day. With this in mind, experience with autism is preferable but experience supporting individuals with special needs or disabilities is essential. This is the perfect opportunity to make a real difference to this child’s development, learning and life.
