Job Title: Qualified SEND Teaching Assistant, West Bromwich
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Qualified SEND Teaching Assistant to provide support to primary-aged children with social emotional regulatory support needs. This is a rewarding opportunity situated in the West Bromwich area. You will be working in the primary aged site, supporting young learners in small classroom setting with children with social emotional regulatory support needs. This will include small group work & 1-to-1 support. Role Information: • You will be working Monday to Friday, 08:25 start until 15:30 during term-time only. • Whilst previous in-school experience would be highly beneficial, we also welcome applicants with relevant qualifications and experience from settings such as residential & support roles. Role requirements: • Qualified to at least NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Teaching Assistant or relevant field. • Prior experience within an SEND setting, or demonstrable experience from related sectors such as residential & support roles. • A genuine passion for working with SEND children and an understanding of the challenges faced by these learners.
