This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to support and inspire students who face barriers to learning, helping them re-engage with education and achieve their potential. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and deliver engaging and accessible Science lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of students. - Support students who may have emotional, social, or behavioural challenges, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment. - Use creative approaches to make Science engaging and relevant, fostering a love for learning. - Track and assess students’ progress, providing feedback and interventions to support their development. - Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and external agencies to address the holistic needs of students.
