We're seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to join a secondary school in the heart of Taunton. In this role, you'll provide support either within classrooms or in small groups, assisting students with pre-planned material and guiding them through sessions. The students you'll work with may require extra support due to falling behind in specific subjects or having special educational needs. It's essential to be ready to handle challenging behavior. While experience with special educational needs or disabilities is advantageous, it's not mandatory. Previous experience working with children is preferred. This position offers a competitive pay rate of £14.66 per hour.
