Our school caters to students aged between 11 to 19 years with severe, profound, and complex learning disabilities. It addresses the needs of students with a range of complex and multiple impairments, including severe physical disabilities, fine and gross motor difficulties, severe intellectual and/or sensory impairments, developmental delays, extreme communication challenges, and challenging behaviours. Key Details: • Full-Time Commitment: This role requires a full-time commitment, 5 days a week. There is no option for part-time work or a late start in the term. • ECTs: We will also consider Early Career Teachers (ECTs). If recruited before the end of July, ECTs will be paid over the summer. • Local Candidates Preferred: We are looking for candidates who are local to the area. Requirements: • Child and Adult DBS: Candidates must have a valid DBS check for both children and adults. • SEN Background: Ideally, candidates will have a background in SEN.
