Role and Responsibilities: As an SEN Teacher, you will: • Develop and implement tailored educational plans for students with diverse needs. • Work closely with teaching assistants and support staff to provide a comprehensive learning experience. • Assess and monitor student progress, adapting teaching methods to ensure effective learning. • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and confidence. • Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and external agencies to support student development. Requirements: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. • Experience working with children with SEN. • Strong understanding of SEN best practices and educational strategies. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with special needs.
