Job Advert: SEND Teacher for PRU in North London (Ealing Area) Location: Ealing, North London Hours: 08:30-16:00, Monday to Friday Salary: £175-£220 DOE Are you a confident, adaptable, and experienced SEND teacher looking for your next challenge? Axcis Education is currently seeking a dedicated SEND teacher to join a dynamic Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in the Ealing area. Key Responsibilities: -Plan and deliver engaging, tailored lessons to meet individual learning needs. -Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages student growth. -Collaborate with a team of skilled educators and support staff. -Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate the varied abilities and learning styles of students. Requirements: -Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. -Proven experience working with students with SEND, particularly in a PRU or alternative provision. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with students, staff, and parents. -Patience, flexibility, and a positive, solution-focused attitude.
