Requirements: -Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. -Proven experience working with students with SEND, particularly in a PRU or alternative provision. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with students, staff, and parents. -Patience, flexibility, and a positive, solution-focused attitude.
