Pay: starting from £95.29 umbrella (PAYE Option Available) Hours: 08:30-15:30 Type: Monday - Friday Start Date: September Start Role: SEN Teaching Assistant Axcis are recruiting for a compassionate and dedicated teaching assistant to join our team full time at a mainstream primary school located in Smethwick. the successful candidate will provide 1:1 or small group support to children with special needs , ensuring they have access to a high quality education and can fully participate in school activities. Responsibilities : - Assist in implementation of individuals Educational plans - Collaborate with teachers and other staff to crate an inclusive learning -Foster a postie and encouraging learning atmosphere Requirements : - Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Patience , empathy and a genuine passion for working with children - Ability to work effectively as part of a team join us in making a difference in the lives of our students. we look forward to welcoming a new member to our dedicated team !
