Pay: starting from £95.29 umbrella (PAYE Option Available) Hours: 08:30-15:30 Type: Monday - Friday Start Date: September Start Role: SEN Teaching Assistant Are you passionate about supporting students with autism and social emotional mental health needs? Axcis is currently recruiting for dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our team at a welcoming academy in Rugby. This full-time, long-term position will commence in September, providing the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students in a supportive educational environment. Role Overview: - Support pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis - Utilize your experience in supporting children or adults with autism and social emotional mental health needs - Contribute to creating inclusive and engaging learning experiences for students Requirements: - Previous experience working with individuals with autism and social emotional mental health needs - Passion for making a difference in the lives of students - Ability to work effectively in a team and independently - Strong communication and interpersonal skills If you have a genuine passion for supporting individuals with diverse needs and believe you have something unique to offer, we want to hear from you!
