Job Title: SEN Tutor
Pay: starting from £95.29 umbrella (PAYE Option Available) Hours: 08:30-15:30 Type: Monday - Friday Start Date: September Start Role: SEN Tutor We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Tutor to join our team starting in September. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 1:1 support within the classroom to students with Special Educational Needs. Key Responsibilities: - Provide tailored 1:1 support to students with SEN within the classroom setting - Develop and implement individualized learning plans to meet the specific needs of each student - Collaborate with classroom teachers and SEN coordinators to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment - Monitor and track student progress, adjusting support strategies as needed - Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student progress and support strategies Requirements: - Previous experience working in a school setting, preferably with students with SEN - Strong understanding of SEN support strategies and best practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other support staff - Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are desirable If you are a passionate and experienced SEN Tutor looking to make a difference in the lives of students with SEN, we would love to hear from you.
