Responsibilities: • Plan, deliver, and assess lessons tailored to the individual needs of students with SEND. • Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic and personal growth. • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to develop and implement effective strategies to support students' learning and development. • Monitor and track students' progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing interventions as necessary. • Foster positive relationships with students, providing encouragement and guidance to help them overcome challenges and achieve success. Requirements: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. • Experience working with children with SEND, preferably in a classroom setting. • Strong understanding of SEND principles, strategies, and best practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, colleagues, and parents. • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the learning and development of children with SEND.
