In this role, you will support students aged 16-19 with varied learning needs, helping them transition to adulthood with confidence and independence. You will deliver personalised lessons, focusing on academic, social, and life skills that meet each student’s unique requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for sixth form students with SEND. • Work collaboratively with support staff and specialists to create Individualised Education Plans. • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes students’ academic and personal growth. • Build strong relationships with students and their families, providing regular progress updates. Requirements: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) • Experience teaching SEND students, ideally within a sixth form or further education setting. • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
