Axcis Education are pleased to be working with a well established Primary SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) school in Trafford, which is looking to appoint a SEND experienced teacher to join their dedicated team. This is a unique and rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of children with SEMH needs. Key Details: Location: Trafford Role: SEND Teacher (Primary SEMH) Start Date: After the Easter break Hours: Full-time (Part-time considered for the right candidate) Contract Type: Temporary, with potential for permanent contract Pay: Competitive, based on experience As a SEND Teacher in this SEMH school, you will be responsible for providing tailored support to children with a range of social, emotional, and mental health needs. The role involves creating a nurturing and structured environment, while helping students engage with the curriculum and develop essential social and emotional skills. The successful candidate will have experience working with children with SEND and an understanding of how to manage challenging behaviour in a positive and supportive way. About You: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Experience working with children with SEND, particularly SEMH needs - Strong understanding of strategies to support children with challenging behaviour - A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to teaching - Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with other professionals Why Axcis?
