Key Responsibilities: - Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the needs of all students - Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with SEND, including those with varying needs such as Autism, ADHD, and challenging behaviour - Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies - Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel supported and valued - Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students with SEND Qualifications: - Relevant experience working with children in an educational setting - A passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs, including those with SEND - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently - A proactive and flexible approach to supporting student learning and well-being This position is set to start in September, and we are currently accepting applications for the role of Teaching Assistant.
