Pay: starting from £95.29 umbrella (PAYE Option Available) Hours: 08:30-15:30 Type: Monday - Friday Start Date: September Start Role: SEN Teaching Assistant We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at a well-established mainstream primary school rated 'Good' by Ofsted. The school prides itself on providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the needs of all students - Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with SEND, including those with varying needs such as Autism, ADHD, and challenging behaviour - Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies - Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel supported and valued - Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students with SEND Qualifications: - Relevant experience working with children in an educational setting - A passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs, including those with SEND - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently - A proactive and flexible approach to supporting student learning and well-being This position is set to start in September, and we are currently accepting applications for the role of Teaching Assistant.
