This role is vital in supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities, ensuring they have the support they need to excel academically. Main Responsibilities: • Assist with classroom activities and encourage inclusion • Provide one-on-one and group support to students • Create a calm, nurturing and inclusive environment • Provide personal care where needed • Use a range of various communication techniques • Employ de-escalation techniques if needed This vibrant and inclusive school is seeking someone with experience working with children with special educational needs who is passionate about making a positive impact on students lives.
