Job Title: SEND TEACHING ASSISTANT
Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)? We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team full-time in E13, providing essential support to help SEND students thrive both academically and socially. Key Responsibilities: Offer personalized support to SEND students, assisting them with classroom engagement and ensuring they have full access to the curriculum. Build positive, trusting relationships with students, fostering confidence, independence, and a love for learning. Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to create an inclusive, supportive, and engaging educational environment. Ideal Candidate: Prior experience working with SEND students is essential. Experience within an educational setting is desired but not required. Strong communication skills, patience, and a commitment to supporting diverse learning needs.
