We are a supportive, inclusive secondary school dedicated to meeting the needs of students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team and make a difference in the lives of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one and small group support for students with SEND.
Assist with the preparation and delivery of tailored lessons and activities.
Support students in a variety of settings, including sensory rooms, soft-play, and therapy spaces.
Foster an environment where students can thrive and develop key skills to prepare them for adult life.
Work closely with the class teacher and other professionals to ensure individual needs are met.
Help students with personal care and support as required.

Experience working with students with SEND, preferably in a school setting.
