Are you a passionate mainstream teacher ready to take on the challenge of teaching students with autism and complex needs? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a lovely secondary special needs school in the Mile End, Tower Hamlets borough. About the Role: • Teach and support students with autism and complex needs in a dynamic and inclusive environment. • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs. • Collaborate with support staff, therapists, and parents to ensure holistic support for students. • Foster a supportive, nurturing, and structured classroom atmosphere. What We’re Looking For: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). • Experience or a strong interest in working with students with autism and complex needs. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Commitment to creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
