Experience with primary or secondary age students (advantageous but not essential). What You’ll Do: Provide tailored 1:1 or small group support for learners with a range of additional needs. Collaborate with teachers to develop strategies that promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing. Help students overcome social, emotional, and learning challenges to achieve their full potential. Create a supportive, inclusive environment where students feel empowered to succeed. Requirements: A degree in Sociology or a related field. A passion for supporting students with SEND and additional needs. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (required).
