The correct Teaching Assistant will need to have: - Experience supporting a child in reception - Knowledge of phonics - Previous SEND experience of social, emotional mental health, speech & language and autism. The pay for a SEND Teaching Assistant starts from £95.29 minimum per day and is in-keeping with the experience of each individual candidate.
