Position: Special Needs Teacher Start Date: September 2024/25 academic year Location: Southwark Pay:£170.00-£220.00 Contract:Daily rate Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with special needs? Responsibilities: • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to the unique needs of each student. • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and development. • Use a variety of instructional techniques and adaptive technologies to enhance student learning. • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to each student’s education. • Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and adjusting teaching strategies as necessary. • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in special education.
