Are you a passionate and qualified Speech and Language Therapist looking to make a difference? Join our dynamic team in Kingston, where you'll work with students aged 16–18 to help them unlock their full potential. About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech and Language Therapist to support our diverse student body. This role involves assessing, planning, and delivering tailored interventions to help students overcome communication and language challenges that may impact their academic and personal development. Key Responsibilities: -Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs. -Develop and deliver individualized therapy plans in collaboration with teachers and support staff. -Provide direct therapy sessions to students, both one-on-one and in small groups. -Train and advise teaching staff on strategies to support communication development in the classroom. -Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy plans, progress, and outcomes. Requirements: -HCPC-registered Speech and Language Therapist (essential). -Experience working with young people, ideally within an educational setting. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and families. -A proactive, empathetic, and flexible approach to meeting individual needs.
