Key Responsibilities: -Plan and deliver tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of our students. -Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment. -Work collaboratively with a team of experienced educators and support staff.- -Adapt teaching methods to suit the varied learning styles and abilities of students. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Proven experience working with children with SEND. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility, patience, and a positive attitude.
