Job Advertisement: Teacher Across the Curriculum (KS3 – Year 8 Class) Position: Teacher Across the Curriculum (KS3 – Year 8 Class) Type: Full-Time, Long-Term Temporary to Permanent Location: Bidston Start Date: September 2024 Axcis education are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic educator to deliver high-quality teaching across various subjects in the KS3 curriculum, specifically targeting Year 8 students. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students. This is a full-time role with the potential to transition from a long-term temporary position to a permanent one, based on performance and fit. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver outstanding teaching and learning experiences across multiple subjects in the KS3 curriculum. • Develop and implement creative and effective lesson plans that meet the educational needs of Year 8 students. • Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback. • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and success. • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices, ensuring a cohesive and supportive teaching community. • Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development opportunities.
