Job Title: Teacher Job
Are you passionate about supporting young learners and making a positive impact? A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Qualified or Non-Qualified Teacher to join a vibrant post-16 college in Beaconsfield.
About the Role:
Position: Teacher (Qualified or Non-Qualified)
Location: Beaconsfield
Days: Monday to Thursday (weekly)
Start Date: Immediate – trials are being arranged ASAP.
Class Details:
-Supporting a class of 10 learners aged 16-18 years.
-Mixed learning needs, including complex needs and profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD).
-Curriculum: Delivering a curriculum provided by the college, tailored to meet the unique needs of the students.
Key Responsibilities:
-Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons based on the curriculum set by the college.
-Adapt teaching methods and materials to support learners with diverse abilities and needs.
-Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters learning and personal growth.
-Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and other staff to provide holistic support.
-Track and report on student progress, celebrating achievements and addressing challenges.
