Position: SEN Teacher Location: Newham Hours: Full-time, 5 days a week, for the entire academic year (8:30 am – 4 pm) Start date: After February Half Term Your responsibilities will include: • Planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual learning styles and needs. • Implementing effective strategies to support students with Autism, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development. • Adapting teaching materials and methods to accommodate sensory learners, ensuring an inclusive and accessible learning environment. • Collaborating with the wider school community, including parents, support staff, and fellow teachers, to create personalized learning plans and foster a collaborative approach to education. • Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records.
