Position: Full-Time Maths Teacher Start Date: September 2024 Location: Leeds Salary: Depending on experience About the Role: Axcis Education are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Maths Teacher to join a dynamic team in an alternative provision in Leeds. This is a full-time, long-term position, perfect for an individual who is looking for a consistent role. The AP caters to children with Social Emotional Mental Health Needs and other associated conditions. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality mathematics lessons to KS3 and KS4 pupils. Develop and implement engaging and effective teaching strategies that cater to a diverse range of learning styles and abilities. Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for mathematics. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support student development and achievement. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) A degree in Mathematics or a related subject. Proven experience teaching mathematics at secondary school level. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for mathematics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
