Job Title: Teacher - Primary School
Axcis is seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary School Teacher to join a mainstream school in Brent. This full-time position requires a candidate with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a passion for supporting the academic and personal growth of young learners. Experience supporting children with special needs, particularly Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, is highly advantageous. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students in the primary school setting. - Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a positive learning experience for all students. - Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to support children with special needs, particularly those with ASD and SEMH. - Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and senior staff. - Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, promoting a collaborative and supportive school community. Requirements: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. - Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday. - Proven experience in teaching primary school students. - Experience supporting children with special needs, particularly ASD and SEMH, is highly advantageous. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students. - A commitment to creating an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
