We are recruiting on behalf of several vibrant and inclusive primary schools located in the Bolton area. The schools provide a supportive and stimulating learning environment where every child is encouraged to achieve their full potential- who pride themselves on strong community ethos and commitment to nurturing the academic and personal growth of their pupils. Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistants to fill multiple positions we have available for a September start. Successful candidates will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher and enhancing the learning experience of our pupils. Key Responsibilities: • Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons. • Support individual pupils and small groups, providing targeted interventions to promote academic progress. • Help manage classroom behaviour and foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. • Prepare and organize learning materials and resources. • Provide feedback to pupils and help assess their progress. • Work collaboratively with other staff members to support the holistic development of the children. • Participate in school activities and events, contributing to the wider school community. Requirements: • Qualification: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent. • Experience: Previous experience working with children in a primary school setting. • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a patient and empathetic approach. • Knowledge: Understanding of the National Curriculum and strategies for supporting children with diverse learning needs. • Attributes: A proactive and flexible attitude, a commitment to professional development, and a passion for working with children.
