Job Advertisement: Teaching Assistant (TA) - Wirral Position: Teaching Assistant (TA) Location: Wirral Contract Type: Full-time, Long-term (Temporary to Permanent) Hours: Monday to Friday Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Are you passionate about supporting children with challenging behaviour and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join team in the Wirral on a full-time basis. About the Role: • Supporting children with challenging behaviour and SEMH within a supportive educational environment. • Working closely with teaching staff to implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies. • Providing one-to-one support and small group interventions to enable effective learning. • Encouraging positive social interactions and emotional development among students. • Assisting in the preparation of learning materials and classroom activities.
