Location: Huddersfield, West Yorkshire Salary: Starting from £95 per day Hours: Full-Time, 8am - 4pm Start Date: ASAP About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant team in Huddersfield. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our students and ensuring they have a positive and enriching educational experience. Key Responsibilities: • Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities. • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students. • Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment. • Support students with special educational needs and adapt materials as necessary. • Assist in the preparation of classroom materials and resources. • Supervise students during breaks, lunchtimes, and other school activities. • Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to the teacher. • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff. Requirements: • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role is preferred. • A passion for working with children and helping them succeed. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively as part of a team. • Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude. • Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification) are desirable but not essential.
