Job Title: Teaching assistant

We are seeking a Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and dynamic team in the Huddersfield area. About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and personal development of students with complex needs. Your responsibilities will include: • Assisting teachers in planning and delivering tailored educational activities. • Providing one-on-one or small group support to students, ensuring they can access the curriculum effectively. • Supporting students with personal care, mobility, and communication needs. • Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment. • Monitoring and recording students’ progress and providing feedback to the teaching staff and parents.
